What is the MOQ and lead time for orders?
We do not have a strict MOQ; samples and trial orders are available. For OEM orders, the typical MOQ is 1000 pieces. Sample lead time is 2-3 days, while mass production takes 10-15 days depending on quantity.

The device features high-precision GPS+WiFi+LBS positioning. Outdoor GPS accuracy is typically less than 5 meters.
Is there a subscription fee for the tracking app?
No, our Beesure GPS app and AWS Cloud server platform are lifetime free. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden advertisement fees.
How does the removal alarm work?
The watch is equipped with a sensor on the back. If the watch is removed from the child's wrist, an immediate alert is sent to the parent's smartphone app.
What is the warranty policy?
We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of shipping for all products. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes artificial damage.
Can I use the watch in water?
